In 2004, major renovations lasting five years were launched. While retaining the old emblematic façade, doors, beams, lightning and furnishings, the bathrooms and bedding were upgraded to provide a more comfortable stay. The result in elegant guest rooms with the warm, simple atmosphere of a mountain lodge, featuring William Morris wallpaper and clawfoot bathtubs.
